5 months old!

Anthony turned 5 months old on Monday.

He's a really happy baby and growing like a weed. I also keep waiting for him to finally cut a tooth. All of the signs are there and I can see a tooth just below the gums.

The last weekend of July, I went to a lake in the mountains with some friends. It was my first time being away from both kids without Danny. I was anxious about it before the trip, but I ended up having a blast and it helped recharge my batteries. This is where we were, so how could it NOT be an amazing time?

It was so peaceful!

Anthony is sitting up now (sometimes) so he sits in the high chair while we eat dinner:

He's not eating food yet, but we'll probably start giving him some things to eat/play with in the next few weeks.
